December...!!!
Three dots and three exclamation marks later, ill come to the point ;).
First let us do away with the obvious :D
This is THE month of festivities ! Christmas Eve! Christmas! New Year! Resolutions! False Resolutions! Offers in the store for the shopaholics! Bonuses!

In my case, my dad turning 50! (If he had a bat, he would have lifted it! And there would be resounding applause :/  ! dare you to defy me)

Un-digressing, December! This month, more than any other, needs the services of a specialist. What specialist? You may ask!

This individual, would have been offering that service on a part time basis throughout the year, but, this is the time where an evolution happens!
*His/Her importance trumps anyone else's!
Santa- Trumps!
Fake Santa-Trumps!
Moms Cooking-To an extent :/ but trumps!
ok.. does not trump moms cooking :/

Solving the mystery!
Clue 1: Shadow Process!
Clue 2: Provides the bond that holds everything in place!
*Clue 3: She/He ensures the colour and life is brought to the party!

Deduction!
Wkt :P
Not noticed by most! But is pretty important in bringing the festive spirit! Brings some colour in a party! Could be decorations ! :/
Provides some kind of bond! :O

Well!! The individual of interest, dear Emma (Watson) :P , is none other than

THE PERSON WHO CUTS THE CELLO TAPE !

Party to be hosted! Not an issue! Decorations bought! Manpower exists! Figuring out what to put where!
All that is simple! Now everybody involved in the decoration party gets up to do their respective tasks, and what is the most important thing you need to set up your decorations?? Tape!
Now there has to be one person catering to everyone else's tape needs, there can be no delay , the tape cant be cant sticky! the tape has to be the right size, and everyone wants tape at the same time!

BUT
here is the kicker!

everyone also wants the scissors that you are holding! :/

What gives man! As though that poor soul does not have enough problems!

Kudos to you and your kind! No matter where you are in the world! Im sure that the respect you deserve shall be.... wait a minute.. (gets up to cut tape and returns after an hour)..

Where was I??

**Kudos to you and your kind! No matter where you are in the world! Stay awesome! :D

Thats it ! Post over! :/

*See how impartial I am :D .. I  told his/her and then she/he :) equal importance :D

** yeah.. im sure you noticed!! No respect... forget about it :/ but we know that they know :/

He saw through time,
Through consequence, through action,
Results he decided,were vital.
He shouldered his rifle ,
Rallied his comrades, and went on a march for the future.
He made his mark , more so
He set a benchmark.
Eventually as all stories go,
Caught he was one day.
And hanged without any splendor,
A visionary, A revolutionary, A freedom fighter.
The noose around his neck,
His eyes full of fire,
The last words as the rope grew taut,
‘I have never felt this alive as I do now’.

How long has it been since any of you got a letter by post? NO, I dont meant credit card or bank related stuff, NO, I dont mean gift vouchers and fast food coupons.
What I mean is a letter from loved one asking you how you are, how life has been treating you and how badly they feel about the distance between you both.

As much as I would like to point out the obvious(human nature you see) I dont think its necessary.

Before I go on, let me make it clear that I have nothing against E-Mail. I agree its a blessing to mankind, but comparing these two forms of communication is not the point of this post. (no pun intended :D)

This post was an inspiration, thanks to something a friend of mine recently did. No, she(yes its a she,so sue me) did not reinvent postal service. All she did was draw a card and post it to her friend.

This simple act made me think about a lot of things(which I will not go into) but what stood out was she took the pains to make her wishes as personal as she could. What I thought about NEXT was the look on the recipients face.

Being a part of the millennial generation, I certainly have a lot to be thankful for. I mean, there are a lot of things we have that make our life easy. But I realized something. I don't remember ever receiving a personal letter by post. (Just because its in bold does not mean anything :P)

Meaningless story time:

Imagine you are sitting outside your house enjoying the cool breeze, mouth watching the pretty lad/lady next door etc...
Then you hear the bell, more often than not its a cycle bell. And vigorously pedaling our cycle with a bell, is a man wearing khakis. He then proceeds to stop at most of the houses handing out letters, postcards, money orders and what not.
You find yourself unconsciously holding your breath waiting to see if the postman has anything for you. Let us say he does :)

He stops outside your house and you rush forward to grab the letters he has for you. Thrilled, you look around your street and find yourself overwhelmed at the many emotions you see on the many faces. Joy, disappointment, anger, expectancy, sorrow..

Then, just like that, the moment is gone! You quickly go through the stack of letters you have, find out which one is for you, (there is one!), you discard the rest and find a comfortable place to sit. You then open the envelope, making sure not to tear the letter inside.

And then, with big eyes, a hopeful expression, with a speeding heart and a warm feeling, you read...

                                                              The End

Well, this is what I miss :)
And I am sure most of you do too!

Blue? A color that brings you to life
Green? Why? The world is brought to life
Red? A beautiful complement to your blush
Indigo? Somehow they bring out your eyes
Yellow? Only enhances your golden heart
Violet? That’s a pretty colour for one as pretty as you
Orange. That’s just a fruit, I dare say!!
The only thing that is going to do justice
To describe you, my dear, is the rainbow!

A very old one !! :D

With great hesitation I enter the room. By fault of habit, I look around my self. The walls are the colour of blue . The kind of blue that makes you think of the ocean and the sky at the same time, the kind of blue that makes you want to smile. A smile  that you never thought was possible. A smile that is now a memory.

I come out my reverie and continue looking around myself. There is little else to see though. A small table with a  matching chair. Both made of a good solid wood. I take a deep breath and walk towards the chair. It is a very small distance. But I take my time to reach my destination.

I sit down on the chair. There is something on the table. A small roundish object. Without looking at it I try to make myself comfortable. There is only so much comfort a plain wooden chair can give you. But I still try. No longer able to avoid the object sitting right in front of me, I reluctantly stop my fidgeting and turn towards it.

It is a small crystal, and as I mentioned earlier, vaguely roundish in shape. It just lay there on the table. No, it was not one of those expensive crystals, which when sold could make you rich beyond your imagination.
It was special entirely in another way.

I remember the first time I came upon a crystal like that. I took it home with me and placed it upon this same table, and then all of a sudden it started to glow. The more I looked at it, the more it glowed. But the moment my eyes left it, the glow would start to fade away.

It was not long before I started to feel the same glow in me whenever I looked at the crystal. Simply out, it was a beautiful feeling. And after that it became a something of a ritual for me to visit the little crystal on my table. I was careful not to jinx it. I never touched the crystal, I never spoke about the crystal to anyone. And I was happy.

Nothing good lasts for ever though... One day, I saw a speck of dust on the crystal, and I removed it. The moment my finger touched the stone, the glow vanished. And no matter how much I tried, I could not make the glow come back. The feeling of the loss was unbearable. I did not know how to cope with myself. I lost grip on reality...

And just like that I came upon another crystal.

Back to the present. I focused on the crystal before me and then... I was transported. There really is no way to explain what I felt, it was oneness, a sense of true belonging, where I knew that if I had tears, they would be wiped away just at the right time. And to describe the light coming from the crystal as a glow, would be an insult to both English and nature. It was an explosion of colours, a rhythmic dance between rockets of light. It was so bright that every afterimage left an afterimage but no so bright that you could not revel at the beauty of it all.

Even though this was close to perfect, it was not. I wanted more, I wanted to hold it in my hand and feel the warmth radiating through me.

I tore my gaze away from the crystal and looked below the table.
There I saw, through my tears, scattered on the ground, more than a dozen dark crystals.

They sat together in the bus stand

Engaged in a conversation never ending

She gave a gasp and dropped her bag

In a flash he was picking it up bending

The hustle bustle bothered them nay

Neither the gawks or the stares

Their fingers a blur as they spoke

May be asking how each other fares?

In their contentment they built an aura

Isolating yet connecting them to the world

An aura of harmony and peace

And between them there was not one spoken word

All around them the city continued busily in its rage

They spoke on and on, seeming unperturbed

The deaf barked a laugh at a joke

The mute went on speaking knowing it would be heard

This and the posts which should be up soon were written quite some time ago :)
All shall be revealed ! :)
